Extra strawberries from our partners at Steven’s Farm led to a great opportunity to make our first batch of Strawberry brandy. The entire distillery smelled like strawberry jam. Strawberries turned out to be fairly labor intensive. But after 2 days and 12 hours being up to our elbows in fruit we had some beautiful strawberry mash. The strawberry wine turned out tasty and the strawberry brandy even better. We hope to bottle it in 2 weeks.
Come to the distillery for an exclusive taste. There will are less than 50 bottles of this wonderful strawberry brandy available.
