Our coffee is strong and dark. No sugar added. Think of espresso made with 40% alcohol. We cold brew our coffee rum using Salem’s own Odalla espresso roast.
Pandan is a leaf from South-East Asia typically used in Filipino desserts. We decided to make a rum infused with Panda flavor. Nutty, creamy, buttery flavors make this a fun alternative to a traditional rum. It makes beautiful drinks and is more versatile that you would expect.
Sangre Di Diablo
A unique take on Rum. Instead of aging the rum on wood, this rum is aged on Rooibos tea (red bush tea from South Africa) The tea adds lovely herbal notes. This rum won Silver at the San Diego International Spirits Awards.
